“What does that mean to “Go With The Flow?”

It is very simple to go with the flow. It is a matter of being tuned in to your body. You can feel it in your body and your body never lies. If your solar plexas, the area just below your ribcage and above your navel, feels uncomfortable, then you are feeling an upstream feeling. Meaning something doesn’t feel right or good. Your body is issuing a warning and you may even feel like bolting or nausea. It is like a sixth sense that is always with you. Why doesn’t it feel good? It is a warning that energetically you are headed for difficulty or a bad outcome. It is an upstream feeling. It is work going upstream and against the wind. It just doesn’t feel right. You know the feeling, don’t you?

On the other hand, there is the downstream feeling and energy that feels like the best dream you ever had. If you feel great and everything feels fine then you are in the flow and it is very downstream. It is like being on a smooth road or a ride or a winning streak and everything is happening like it was meant to be. There is no resistance from you or from the circumstances. Now mind you, I have seen people say, this is too easy. It doesn’t feel difficult enough or challenging enough. I have heard people say “I like a challenge.” That is different from “this doesn’t feel right”. Abraham talks about going with the flow when Esther Hicks is channeling information and this idea is the basis for how to know when you are on track and should likely proceed or not.

I encourage you to listen to anything from Abraham – Hicks. You can only grow in strength and spiritual as well as practical wisdom. This is self love at its finest.

Thank you.
I love you.
