Raising the energies up through the chakras we come next to the solar plexas and the golden glow of the suns light in the body. Activate the golden light of physical seat of intuition, self esteem and confidence. The solar plexus speaks to us daily with subtle information that guides us in our choices and decisions. Women are particularly in tune with this center and men would do well to activate the solar plexus center with conscious awareness.
