Healing Chakra Mediation for the Heart
is one that I like to use daily. The fourth chakra, the heart, is in the middle of the body and radiates energy throughout the body with a field of energy that is much broader and more powerful than most people recognize. It is a large and powerful field of energy that can be measured and felt from several feet away. Add to that the power of the spoken word or even singing. Now that is powerful!

Be Actively Conscious, and you will realize you are a walking field of big energy with great influence.

Heart Chakra Mediation expands heart based forgiveness energies, compassion, and love gently and deeply. I find this to be especially true if you have been playing in your energy to expand these feelings already. It is like an ongoing stream of energy. I have attended several Heart Forgiveness events and trainings and I can feel the difference measurably partly because I know how to use Energy Measuring to calibrate the energy and my sensitivity has grown.

Joyfully,I recommend the heart and throat meditation daily because our heart based feelings and our voice – our words, are so connected and empowering to each other and our overall balance of power and expression that, of course, awareness is vital to our radiance and how we effect those around us.

Of all the Chakra Meditations I think heart and throat are the most important to use as frequently as you remember. We never stop speaking and we never stop feeling. The question is, are we aware of our feelings and words…are we conscious of what is coming through us? Are we actively choosing to LOVE ourselves? Remember that Unity song…”I Love Myself”?

In my experience, using the chakra meditations frequently throughout the week increases our conscious awareness of what we are feeling and saying which goes to thoughts which goes to law of attraction – upstream or downstream. Each moment is creative energy that is in alignment or not. Awareness, intention and conscious choice to align, align, align with what feels good is actually the easiest and most natural because it feels good.
