2010 is the YEAR of FEELING GOOD!

Everyone loves FEELING GOOD because it FEELS so darn GOOD and that is my number one priority in life.  I never thought I would say that FEELING GOOD is my number one goal in life everyday.  I am saying so now.

From Abraham:

Your joy factor will remain constant as you are continually refining your ideas of what you want, and that’s why it is so important for you to get everybody else out of the equation. They’ve got their own game going on; they don’t understand your game. Give them a break; stop asking them what they think. Start paying attention to how you feel. Joy will be yours immediately, and everything else that you have ever thought would make you happy, will start flowing, seemingly effortlessly, into your experience.

So you see, it is very simple.  There is only one way to get what you want and that is to FEEL GOOD.

The simple process is  about how to get from how you feel to how you want to feel ~ quickly, and how to get from what you have to what you want to have.   One naturally follows the other.  How much does that matter ?

Depending on your answer, try this.  Put yourself on a FEEL GOOD Daily Program.  (I almost said “diet” but on second thought why would I want you to “die it” every day? )

Want only this first and last: Want to FEEL GOOD and then do WHATEVER it takes to FEEL GOOD.

FEEL GOOD DAILY PROGRAM~this is my list and it will give you ideas to  make your own list and use it.  Create your list on high quality paper and calligraphy and frame it with a picture of yourself that touches your own heart.

  • I have a number of beautiful spiritual videos I watch that are brief and very uplifting.
  • I have a number of music videos, like Honky Tonk Women by the Stones, that make me bounce~rock~ move~ smile.
  • I go for a bike ride-weather permitting.
  • I go to the water and let the ocean~sand~wind energy clear me and balance my energy too. I stay until the process is complete.
  • I have a picture of myself at age 7 or 8 that I talk to.  I am both a bigger me sister and a trusted counselor to the little me. I trust what I say in my older state of wisdom that “mini me” appreciates.

It works! I tell me that job one is for me to feel good and remind “me” that it is all I have to do right now. I help me experience that feeling good is my number one priority.  It is a great way of staying in touch with my inner child. I stay with it until my little me and I are smiling broadly and happily at each other.  As a result, I have become my own best friend and big sister.

Side note: This technique was one I just started using one day to terminate the voice of the critic that often played in my head.  Most of us have the voice of the critic operational for a large portion of our lives and are not even aware of it because it is so automatic.  It is also detrimental to our peace, happiness and success.  Finding a childhood picture of myself and designating it “little sister” was a way for me to learn how to love myself the way I love and nurture others.  That choice shifted me away from years of autopilot self criticism and helped me to actually develop a relationship with myself. I can truthfully say that choice changed my perception of myself dramatically.  It is a technique I highly recommend.

Now I ask me what to do instead of asking others.  It works!

Along with that, as an energy transmuter, I am always asking my energy and getting answers that lead me to resolution.  I can absolutely know if something is true for me or not.  Over the years I have believed so many things that were not true and now I know that I don’t do that anymore.  Just because I or someone else says something is true does not mean that it is.  I know how to know that absolutely.  I know how to feel good now. I do not have to doubt myself or my place in the world. I have that downstream feeling. I know how to keep it or get it back fast.

I am also learning to keep my moments of indecision and doubt and feeling crappy to myself.  Sharing them doesn’t really help anyone and if I must share or really feel a reason to share I make it brief and to the point and then I make an energy decision to correct it with the truth. I always end it on a high note.  Energy vampires are a drag for everyone.

I can and would like to help you with that too. You can reach and love yourself. You can learn to laugh at yourself in the middle of a crisis.

I have become my own best friend and resource.  That has been a challenging and rich life application process for me.  In the past I always turned to someone or something else.  Feeling good brings a lot of answers and solutions to everyday life issues.
