Healing Chakra Meditations Fiery Orange Navel (video)

Healing Chakra Meditations moves up to the second chakra filled with the dancing energy of fiery orange energy. Warmth and life abound here. With so much energy directed toward the heart chakra and above, it is important to understand the lower chakras and their function in our day to day earthly well being.

“The frequencies used in these programs are not only attuned to the Chakras, but also to the Earth

… the binaural beats progress along what are called the Shumann Resonances. The Shumann Resonance is the magnetic frequency of our planet Earth. The goal is, to not only realign your energy to the correct Chakra balances, but also to realign you to a feeling of balance with the planet.”
Dr. Jane Ma’ati Smith, Chakra Healing Sounds

“The Navel Chakra is located just below the navel, about 2-3 fingers. It is also known as the Sacral, or Second Chakra. In Martial Arts, it is called the “Hara”. It represents your sexuality, creativity, self esteem, pleasures and frustrations.

Its Chakra color is orange. Orange Chakra Gemstones like carnelian, orange tourmaline, tangerine quartz, fire opal, citrine, moonstone, and orange zincite help to bring this chakra into balance. The Second Chakra governs life lessons involving blaming and guilt, manifesting, money and prosperity, sex, power, control, and it is the base of your creativity and sense of morality. Information stored in the Second Chakra involves feelings of duality, personal magnetism, your patterns of control, your sociability, and emotions and feelings. An imbalance in the Second Chakra may be experienced as an eating disorder, drug or alcohol addiction, depression, and intimacy issues, including impotence and frigidity. ” Chakra Healing Sounds

This is a great meditation for balancing any sense of disturbance caused by people whose behaviors are rude, careless, and lacking in consciousness. Doing this meditation allows me to overlook rude behavior in particular by going within rather than reacting from egoic responses that disturb my personal peace. I have found it to be much more rewarding than the old inclination to bite someones head off when they are trying to knock me off balance and out of alignment with my higher self by intentionally pushing my buttons. Other reactions bring temporary satisfaction to the chattering radio voice but once you get that going it never stops. So try this meditation anytime you encounter rudeness, meanness, hatefulness and energetic ugliness from the people around you. It will leave you feeling clean and freshly rejuvenated.

Naturally, be sure to cleanse your energy anytime you encounter unkind behavior from control freaks and anyone living with second chakra disturbances. Cleansing and balancing is much better for you and your peace as well as your overall energy. This is a very basic form of managing your health and well being any time you feel imbalanced or disturbed and don’t know the source of your discomfort.

After the meditation breathe deeply and relax completely!
